In art, we are taught to reference artist who are noted for their technique, style, aesthetics and so on and so forth. To incorporate some of those qualities but make it your own...with that you can't go wrong. It is okay to take inspiration from fine and performing artist. It is not okay to down right jack someones swag. That is not only wrong but its TACKY! Ciara, get it the fuck together dog!
