Lil Mama , to me known as Lil 'trauma' Mama,
some may call her the "Voice of the Young People". I decided to write about her because to me she is the worst dressed entertainer that I know, and I would like to know who her stylists is? You may have seen her on MTV's "America's Best Dance Crew" and you might have noticed her personality, she acts like she has been around for more than 20 years. Also last season she tried to make the hat thing a new trend, but she wore a discusting ponytail coming out of the top. Does anyone remember when Lil Mama wore the pink and purple lil bo peep outfit with the iced out pacifier to the MTV awards?? Well I do remember it as clear as day, she was named one of the worst that night to walk the carpet... My fellow bloggers please give me your honest opinions on this worst dress recipient of the year.. Do you think that she would be hotter and will her Albums sell if she changes her appearance, such as Rihanna :(....?

Hellz Bellz Spring 2009 Collection "Culture Clash"

I have been anticipating this blog post. I have seen these pictures on a few blogs (floating around the net), but knew they hadn't been posted on Hellz blog. Being respectful of Lanie, I wanted to wait until she released it on her blog first. She's an amazing designer, and I am so glad that I get the chance to be in the mix of things with her via Roxy. Hellz is by far the best Female Street Wear Brand, and by the looks of the pictures they win Hands Down!

Day 'n' Nite Kid Cudi

Finally a video for Day 'n' Nite! The first time I heard this song, was around this time last year at a concert Cudi performed at (SOB's I think). The entire crowd was silent while rocking their heads to the beat, it was so surreal. I remember being on Aim with Callender trying to get him to accept the mp3 file for this song. I just realized while I blog, the reason he didn't download it from me was because he was there with a beer in hand, and that unforgettable smile, listening to it just like me along everyone else (DUUH KAY) Haha! None the less, I peeped his iChat, message displaying "Day 'n' Nite, -Kid Cudi", a few times since then. Cudi has come a long way in a year and I must say, he is mad cool and laid back, and I am so glad that I got a chance to be introduced to him through my girl Roxy! At first sight I thought that DustLA did the graphics for the video, but it was So-Me who also did the graphics for the Coca-Cola ad (SO-Me & Justice) for Club Coke that I blogged about yesterday. I'm not much of the one to explain things so well, but I can say, that the music video is fucking dope, and I'd like to see more stuff like this! I've always loved real life mixed with cartoon, like Roger Rabbit...

As one of the only Female Street Wear/ Life Style brands, MAMA is one of my favorites. I like the line a lot because, each season has a different theme. Just by looking through the seasons look books, you can tell each season is thoroughly thought about and that is what I respect most about this brand.

Justice & SO ME x Club Coke 2009 (Do The Dance)

Club Coke, celebrating their 5th year anniversary of Coca-Cola's newest marketing campaign aimed at the European Dance Scene and their Love for the drink as much as their nose candy. I am not a sniffer but I often times will indulge in a nice cold Coke, most times cherry, but either way I do like to sip a coke. What better way for them to promote Coca-Cola than by getting Justice and So-Me, Ed Banger's designer to create the newest Design on the coke bottle?

Above are a few picture's and the video ad, which is inspired by Justice's Music Video "DANCE". The coolest part besides the pop-art design, is that the Bottle is glow in the dark! The bottles will be available in the best clubs around the world!

I'd love to get my hands on a bottle and save it as a novelty piece.

This is actually cute to me! I am going to redo this in illustrator, and maybe make it into a shirt! I saw this at Hello Kitty Hell, and most people seem to be disgusted by a nude Hello Kitty. I am such a liberal, and the more nudity, the better, especially when it is tastefully done. What do you think? Should I add color? What color should her nipples be? Pink!? HAHA

First off, I am a Fan of Hello Kitty, so don't be mad, if I "over-blog" about her! I just can't help it. Last week MAC released the newest collection which was a collaboration with Hello Kitty. I was on You Tube, and I found this, ad for the new line. I really like it, its very dark, yet bright. The sex appeal that will attract the consumers to Mac plus the cuteness that will attract all Hello Kitty fans. It's very Dreamy, with an Alice In Wonderland concept. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.

Vans STOLE MY IDEA

In 2007 Seventeen Magazine had a shoe Design Contest for Vans.
All you had to do was go to the Vans website download the VANS shoe template.
Create whatever you wanted on the shoe, and submit it to their E-mail.
Above is what I did, a pair of watermelon VANS!
I never heard anything back from them, and now I see this!
They're dropping a fruit pair, for spring 2009!

After talking to some of my friends, I hear a lot of Shoe Companies do this, to get Ideas. So be careful if you plan on submitting your designs to a company for a contest.
Once you submit, it becomes their property! ;(
