WOW, I love this dress! I love the black and gold, tropical flowers! I heard a lot of buzz about this landing her on the "Worst Dressed List", but to me this is an amazing artistic dress. What do you think?

BEY'S OVERALL LOOK IS NICE, I LOVE THAT SHE KEPT IT SIMPLE WITH THE HAIR..MAKE UP AND NO ACCESSORIES..FOR THE DRESS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!
I DO THINK THAT THE DRESS DRAWS ALOT OF ATTENTION TO THE HIPS, SO I COULD SEE IT ON A WOMAN WITH LESS OF A SHAPE.
